02bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Rights

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the platform 02bet (available at https://02bet.best), the user confirms having read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all product- or promotion-specific rules available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform 02bet. Continued use of the services following any update to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes made. The version in effect is always the one published on this page with the indicated last-updated date.

To use the services of 02bet, the user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age old at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion list on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 02bet employee.

Registration is free and requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information will be verified by 02bet against external databases to confirm your identity. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any available balance.

The 02bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address, to meet identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations.

Each user may hold only an active account on the platform 02bet. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, or with the intent to circumvent bonus limits, is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved with no refund of bonus-derived balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. 02bet recommends:

• Use a strong password, unique to this platform, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings;
• Never share login credentials with third parties, including family members;
• Always access the platform through secure connections and personal devices.

If the user suspects unauthorized access, they must notify 02bet support immediately. 02bet via live chat. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from third-party access when credentials were voluntarily shared by the account holder.

The 02bet offers Sports Betting (football – Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores –, volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA, UFC, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, slots, progressive jackpot, crash games, and Poker. Once confirmed by the user, a bet is final and cannot be reversed, except where 02bet makes a cash-out feature available. Odds and lines may change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.

The 02bet reserves the right to void bets in the following cases:

• Obvious pricing errors (odds clearly outside market values);
• Cancellation or non-occurrence of the event wagered on;
• Confirmed suspicion of match-fixing;
• Breach of the platform's usage rules by the bettor.

The 02bet offers a welcome bonus, free spins, cashback, rake-back, and other periodic promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms — validity period, rollover (wagering requirement), minimum eligible odds, and eligible games. These details are always available on each promotion's page before activation.

General rules that apply to all 02bet bonuses:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per CPF, residential address, or device;
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings resulting from completing the rollover may be converted into real balance;
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Bonuses not used within the set period are automatically cancelled;
• 02bet reserves the right to cancel any bonuses obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms;
• Promotions may be changed, ended, or replaced at any time, without affecting bonuses already activated.

Participation in any promotion offered by 02bet constitutes automatic acceptance of its specific terms. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 02bet are processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$). The platform accepts the following payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: R$ 10.00;
• Pix deposits are credited within 5 minutes of bank confirmation;
• Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear;
• Card deposits are subject to approval by the card issuer.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the registered user's own name — the account holder's CPF must match the CPF on file with 02bet;
• 02bet may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits;
• Major and Mega jackpot prize withdrawals are subject to manual review and may take up to 24 hours.

The 02bet commits to:

• Keep the platform available with maximum uptime, with scheduled maintenance communicated in advance;
• Process deposits and withdrawals within the timeframes stated in these terms;
• Ensure the randomness and fairness of all games through certified RNG systems;
• Protect users' personal and financial data in accordance with the LGPD;
• Provide support in Portuguese 24 hours a day.

The 02bet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user themselves;
• Service interruptions caused by internet provider failures or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence with their login credentials;
• Tax implications that may apply to the user's winnings — it is solely the user's responsibility to report winnings to the tax authorities.

The user of 02bet is responsible for playing within their financial means, keeping their registration details up to date, and reporting any irregularities found on the platform to support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 02bet and may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and, depending on the severity, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts using the same CPF or fictitious details;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human behavior in bets or games;
• Collusion with other players at poker tables or in any game involving direct competition;
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an undue financial advantage;
• Money laundering or any use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Abusive bonus redemption through hedging bets (bonus arbitrage);
• Threats, harassment, or offensive behavior directed at support team members or other players;
• Sharing account access with third parties, including the sale or transfer of accounts.

The 02bet uses automated behavior-monitoring systems that detect suspicious patterns in real time. Any account flagged by the system undergoes manual review before any definitive action is taken.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 02bet. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix to the registered bank account, following identity verification. Unconverted bonus balances are non-refundable.

The 02bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Confirmed violation of any item under Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct);
• Providing false information during registration;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user;
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in 02bet's internal policies.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, 02bet reserves the right to hold balances while the investigation is ongoing. The user will be notified by email of the outcome and, where applicable, of the return of any legitimate funds.

The 02bet handles users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: user identification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of the services offered.

Users have the following rights regarding their data held by 02bet:

• Access to stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Request for data deletion where no legal retention obligation applies;
• Data portability to another platform;

• Information on data sharing with third parties.

Minor changes (such as text corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not affect users' rights) may be implemented without prior notice, but will always be reflected in the update date shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the platform 02bet after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the city of São Paulo – SP are hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from the relationship between the user and 02bet, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
